What is a seat?
The number of purchased seats determines the maximum number of users (technicians) on your account that can access SetMe's Expert console and connect to remote computers. Users without an assigned seat can still access and use SetMe's portal for reporting, management, and billing purposes. You can easily reassign the available seats amongst your users within SetMe's user portal.
Do I have to assign a seat to every user on my team?
No. You only need to assign seats to users who will be connecting to remote computers. Therefore it's not necessary to purchase and assign seats for users who will be handling strictly administrative tasks such as managing reports or the billing account.
Can I change the number of seats for my existing subscription?
Yes, you can easily add or remove seats at any point through your web portal. As part of SetMe's fair billing policy, you're always charged only for the number of current seats and all changes to the seat count are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Learn more
How many users can I have?
