SetMe Solo is designed specifically for the needs of single-person businesses or IT departments
that don't require the additional reporting/user management capabilities and expect to manage no
more than 200 unattended machines. SetMe Professional offers the freedom of managing an
unlimited number of unattended computers and may be a more suitable option for businesses
operating in a multi-user environment. Both plans allow connecting to an unlimited number of
attended devices and offer the exact same set of remote session features.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can switch between the available plans at any time through your SetMe portal. As part of

What is a seat?
Under SetMe Professional, the number of purchased seats determines the maximum number of users
that can connect to attended or unattended computers at the same time. In other words, the more
seats you get, the more users can run support sessions simultaneously. This allows you to
purchase seats based strictly on your expected concurrent usage and share them amongst a larger
number of users on your team. SetMe Solo always comes with one seat.
Do I have to purchase a seat for every user on
my team?
No, you only need to purchase seats based on the number of users within your team that will
connect to remote computers simultaneously.
Can I change the number of seats for my
existing subscription?
Yes, you can easily add or remove seats at any point through your web portal. As part of SetMe's
fair billing policy, you're always charged only for the number of current seats and all changes
to the seat count are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Learn more
How many users can I create?
Each SetMe plan comes with its own licensed user limit. With SetMe Solo, you're always limited to
1 licensed user. With SetMe Professional, you can create up to 3 licensed users per purchased
seat.
How many computers can I connect to
simultaneously?
You can connect to and manage an unlimited number of remote computers simultaneously. This
enables you to multitask more efficiently and easily switch between your active support sessions
via a user-friendly dashboard.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
If you're purchasing SetMe from a state or country where we are required to collect sales tax,
your ZIP code will be used to determine the correct tax rate. Learn more
Are there any discounts available?

What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major global credit/debit cards and PayPal. We can also issue an invoice with

Can I cancel my subscription at any point?
Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription at any point through the SetMe web portal. In this
case your subscription will expire at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
